Our Journey

Key milestones in our growth and development

2005 - Foundation

Madda Systems was founded by Isaiah Muriungi Mwongera with a focus on providing Internet services withing Meru town, Computer services, Hardware repair and maintainance.

2010 - Expansion

Expanded our services to include Desktop application development and Custom software solutions. Where we developed Smart coffee application for coffee society management information systems (MIS) and a CMD based book-keeping software (D.O.S) for Meru Central Farmers Coop Union.

2014 - Delicoop Evolution

Upgraded from the CMD based System (D.O.S) to Delight Cooperative Management Information System (Delicoop), featuring an improved user interface and streamlined data posting procedures. Now fully supports both dairy and coffee cooperative operations, enhancing efficiency and accuracy in member data management and financial reporting.

2022 - Digital Innovation

We launched our Delicoop Digital Produce Capture system, leveraging digital scales connected via Bluetooth to the Deli APK. Fully integrated with both local and cloud servers, this system enabled real-time, accurate recording and management of dairy and coffee farmers produce, streamlining data capture and improving operational efficiency.

2025 - Present

Serving over 200 satisfied clients across the country, we continue to expand our service area and introduce new offerings. We are also committed to adding more innovative features to further enhance client satisfaction and deliver even greater value.
